Warranty

"PARBMX" distribution provides warranty according to the specified period and terms of the manufacturer.

The period during which any warranty claims can be made is measured from the original date of purchase of the goods.
In case of approved warranty the damaged bicycle part or accessory will be replaced with a new product of the same initial value.

The right to any warranty claims is accessible only to the original owner of the product (second-hand products are void of any warranty). The product replaced does not acquire an additional warranty period.

Warranty is limited to damage which is due any failure during the production process. The manufacturer of the goods is directly responsible for the damage sustained.

Warranty does not apply to the following:
-Damage caused by any natural disaster, fire, domestic factors, as well as outdoor accidents.
-Damage caused by the use of non-standard and / or faulty bicycle parts and accessories.
-Damage incurred by using the product for purposes for which it is not intended, as well as physical, chemical, thermal, etc. loads in excess of the manufacturer's specified strength standards.

RETURN POLICY

You can submit your application for the return of goods purchased by filling out the return form (located in the section Returns). Please fill out it in detail, so that you we can ensure you a quick and high-quality service. We will review your application and contact you to efficiently solve the problem.
Returns and refunds to any customers are carried out according to the current legislation in force by the Republic of Latvia (i.e. " Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights").
